Kwickhire provides digital services including, but not limited to, Website Development, WhatsApp Automation, and Social Media Strategy. Specific deliverables and timelines will be agreed upon per project tier (e.g., Launchpad, Orbit, Stratosphere) or via custom consultation.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon invoicing schedule. Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of our digital services, payments are non-refundable once architectural or developmental work has officially commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full and final payment, you will own the final digital deliverables created specifically for your project. Kwickhire retains the right to use the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. We also retain ownership of any underlying pre-existing code, modules, or templates used during the build.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Kwickhire be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our implemented services.
